Benefit from experience
Our cooperation began in 1999 with the first joint factory in the Czech Republic and is now a worldwide success: Mecanindus-Vogelsang now produces connectors and fasteners for more than 1,000 international customers at six locations in Europe, China and the USA.
Our roots lie in German and French industry. There we have been experts in the roll-bending process for decades. The group was founded in 2003 when Mecanindus acquired shares in the German company from the Vogelsang family. Following further takeovers in Germany and the USA, new locations were built in the USA and China.
The origins of our merger are also indicated by the Group logo: The initial letters of both companies are framed by a spring pin – one of the products to which we owe our success. Since 2021, this dowel pin has also linked us to the Wilhelm Hedtmann family business, which is now also part of our group of companies.
